As an airport hotel it was very quiet. The PIA pizza place was fantastic. Finding the shuttle train in the airport was a challenge so my advice if you arrive at the airport going to the hotel determine your path through CDG to the CDGVAL shuttle.

Upon check in we were not told that the air conditioning in our room was broken. I called the front desk and they assured me they would deliver a fan. After waiting an hour I called again once again said they would deliver a fan but never did. It was extremely high in the room and 80°F.
