Luxurious finishes (floor Italian marble), the villa of 180 m2 is composed as follows:
A large interior living space overlooking a terrace with BBQ and open views of the village of Aups, a dining room in a tower, three other individual terraces equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 5 rooms with direct access from the terrace to to accommodate, in comfort, 8 adults and 2 children in bunk beds. A bathroom, a shower room, 4 toilets, a Roman sauna with shower and a rest room and relaxation. Laundry area with washer and dryer.
The villa overlooks the village and has direct access to the center of the village (100 m) along a path at the end of the garden, ample parking, secure electric gate

60er Jahre Design mit fantastischem Blick

Mondäne, grösstenteils originale 60er Jahre Eleganz. Ein Haus mit Character und Charme. Alles ist sehr gut gepflegt und sauber, aber eben Original alt. Die Küche ist jedoch mit modernen Geräten ausgestattet. Der wunderschöne beheizte Pool sorgt dafür, dass man auch im Spätsommer noch bei angenehmen Temperaturen schwimmen kann. Das Grundstück mit unterschiedlichen Ebenen und vielen Treppen lädt dazu ein die tolle Aussicht immer wieder von einem anderen Blickwinkel aus zu geniessen. Der Vermieter und sein Team sind sehr freundlich und kümmern sich um alle Anliegen. Wir hatten tolle, sorgenfreie Ferien und haben uns gut erholt

Très belle maison très bien placée avec belle piscine et beau jardin

La maison est très agréable essentiellement parce qu'elle dispose d'une belle piscine dans un beau jardin et de plusieurs terrasses. Le village d'Aups est accessible à pied. Elle est idéale pour l'été. L'intérieur est moins satisfaisant. La robinetterie est très vétuste, le lave vaisselle lave très mal, la bouilloire est inutilisable car le fond est très endommagé. L'installation électrique de la machine à laver n'est absolument pas aux normes de sécurité. Surtout le descriptif de l'annonce n'est pas complet : ainsi il faut savoir que 2 chambres sont communicantes (pas d'intimité) et que la chambre avec lits superposés est très petite et oppressante, avec des lits de taille enfants (ne convient pas à des adolescents ni à des adultes). Elle n'a pas de climatisation. Vu le prix élevé de la location, nous attendions des meilleures prestations. Le propriétaire réside en Angleterre. Il a été réactif lors de notre séjour car le chauffe eau a du être changé : 3 jours de douche à l'eau froide quand même.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon moment à Aups. La maison est spacieuse et la piscine est assez grande. Il y a plusieurs terrasses, donc toujours un bon endroit où s'installer. Il n'y a pas de climatisation mais les températures rafraîchissent le soir. Possibilité de se rendre à Aups à pieds en 5 minutes. Le propriétaire n'est pas sur place mais fait de son mieux pour parer aux petits problèmes. Bref, une très bonne location pour un groupe de 8-10 personnes.

Logement exceptionel!

Ma famille et moi avons passer un sejour exceptionel dans cette maison fabuleuse. Le cadre et la vue sont a couper le souffle. La maison est d'une qualitee incroyable avec d'excellents appointments. C'est une location que je renouvelerai sans hesitation. Le proprietaire est d'une efficacitee sans pareils avec d'excellente communication et un service digne d'un 5 etoiles! Je ne peux que recommander hautement cet endroit!
