De passage pour une nuit

Nous occupions la chambre 02 qui est en plein soleil et il faisait une chaleur pas possible à l’intérieur à notre arrivée. Il aurait suffit que le volet soit fermé depuis le matin pour que la température soit correcte. Difficile de laisser ouverte la fenêtre car cette chambre est au rez de chaussée. Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de climatisation, la nuit fut trop chaude même en ouvrant le soir avant de s’endormir.

Service deplorable

Impossible de joindre la réception par téléphone. Arrivée à 23h00 personne à l’accueil alors qu’il est annoncé 24/24. Aucun service de la part d hôtel.com pour trouver une alternative. Finalement un client nous a ouvert, nous avons trouve l employé dans la cuisine qui ne s est même pas excusé. Le lendemain pas de café dans la chambre la clé ´ est plus activée et les serviettes ne sont pas changées Et en discutant avec le personnel de l’hôtel, pas de reconnaissance de négligence simplement la banalisation de c est un oubli.

Lorsque je suis arrivé dans ma chambre, le lit était à peine fait et la poubelle n’avait pas été vidé depuis un moment il y avait épluchures de bananes reste de thé de café, je suis allé me plaindre, ils se sont excusés, j’y suis resté deux jours et j’ai dîné les deux fois et je n’ai eu aucun geste commercial, même pas un café

MAGNIFIQUE

Hôtel qui mérite bien ses 3 étoiles , même 4 ne serait pas exagéré Le petit deujeuner peut être ou le pain n’était pas très frais, et de canderel ( je sais c’est une marque) 😊 Donc pas de quoi changer mon avis L’hôtel est parfait à tous les niveaux
