"This rustic cabin is beautiful and comfortable, with gorgeous views of the lake. It has everything you need, right down to salt and pepper, travel-size soap / shampoo etc. Lots of games and books, plus good Wifi and tv (including over the air tv and Hulu access if you have a subscription). We loved the fireplace inside and the firepit outside (you need to provide your own wood but it's for sale at multiple places nearby). It's so quiet, it feels like you're in the middle of nowhere! "The stay overall was above satisfactory. This property is listed as Two (2) full baths. It in fact has one 3/4 bath (toilet, sink & shower stall - no tub) and one half bath (toilet & sink only). This may cause an issue if multiple quests, it supposedly sleeps (7) seven, need to shower in a short amount of time, as there is only one shower."

"What a wonderful spot of peace and tranquility! The cabin has absolutely everything we needed and the owners were fantastic to work with. We ate lobster on the deck that we grabbed from a local spot, grilled, paddled around the lake, saw soooo many stars and were still close enough to spend time in Acadia, Schoodic and in Bar Harbor! This place can’t be beat and really one of the loveliest places we’ve stayed at!"
