"Clean room"

"Room was super clean and was perfect for our stay"

"My stay from 03/13-03/15/2026 at Avid hotel Milwaukee West Waukesha by IHG in Pewaukee, Wisconsin was great. The building appears pretty new. Basic amenities, mini fridge in the room but a clean room. Staff were nice. Microwave, filtered water, tea, hot cocoa packets available all day on the 1st floor in the reception area. I saw a small gym with 2-3 treadmills that I didn't utilized. Wide elevators. Breakfast was included (cereal, bagels, mini muffins, scrambled eggs, alternating days- bacon or sausage). If you don’t like their breakfast- there is a well known fastfood (McD) restaurant very close waking distance. About 7 minute drive to a healthy grocery store. I believe there were a few restaurants across the hotel that I didn't utilized. The area/neighborhood appears clean and pretty safe. I would definitely stay at this same hotel again."

"Comfortable beds and pillows you can get lost in. Quiet, clean, beautifully decorated rooms. "

"The bedroom was not cleaned. Next to the bed on the floor was a spoon, a playing card, a used bandage, and coffee cup lid. There was hair in the tub. It just was not cleaned well at all. I talked to the front desk people and they apologized, but that was it. The breakfast was okay but they ran out of plates and no one filled them for a while so people had to wait. The front lobby has some games for families to play, so that was nice. The pool and hot tub were also nice. "

"Good breakfast, very friendly staff. Hallways need a good vacuuming and updating. Same with the room. After reading reviews was hoping for a much cleaner room. Floor wasn't vacuumed, stains on carpet and bed."
