"Great house, close to everything and host was quick amd excellent with all. "

"We had a great stay! Our hosts were quick to reply and very helpful. We enjoyed the beautiful, private views and remote cozy location. It served our needs and then some. The beds, pillows and linens were very comfortable and clean."

"We took our youth group here so we could take them to the Creation Museum. This place is out in the country, away from city noise. Only 20-25 minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores and even Walmart. Truly an amazing house. 2 living areas, the rooms are spaced far enough apart to where you have privacy when needed. 10 out of 10 recommend this place to stay!"

"This tiny home was exactly what we had expected. Very clean, nice and welcoming. The owners were great and communication was excellent. We will be sure to see if it is Ava when we come to visit family again. "

"Place was beautiful!"

"This is a beautiful property and lovely house. We really enjoyed the back deck and the chairs by the river. It was nice having an enclosed yard space for our dog. The coffee station was well stocked and loved the flavored Crave pods! The bed was also very comfortable. We saw some eagles diving at possibly a muskrat. The host was quickly responsive when we reached out for a very minor issue. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Shari and Jim"

"The property very clean, the host is friendly and the check in process is very easy. I will come back again if i have a chance."

"Good experience and location. House has lots to offer."

"Our stay was excellent. It was very easy to check in and check out and the communication from the host was top notch."

"Great place, lovely neighborhood"

"The Schoolhouse was a unique experience that we enjoyed very much! We were provided with anything that we would have needed for a comfortable stay. Our host communicated promptly whenever we needed. We appreciated the cleaniless of the home. We did not realize how close in proximity we would be with the other rentals on the property, but once inside, we felt like we had privacy. This would be a great stay for a couple or small family."

"Wonderful stay!!"
