"Our room was on the 4th floor and was a reasonable size, but the carpet could do with a good clean. Plenty of power sockets around the room to charge phones etc,, which was handy. Slightly noisy from the traffic below but did not stop us from sleeping. The bathroom was a good size but the shower head needed some attention but overall the water pressure and temperature was good. The daily buffet was excellent with plenty to choose from and was kept well stocked at all times with a different variety each day for the hot selection (really set you up for the day sight seeing) The staff behind reception were very helpful at all times, and allowed us to store our luggage on the last day prior to leaving for our flight home. Very close to Alexanderplatz square for all transport to and from airport and shops Overall a very good hotel would stay here again"

"Good location, close to Alexander Platz and public transport for easy access to historical buildings and sights etc. The breakfast was good, interestingly the cold meat selection was all turkey based rather than pork which for Germany I found unusual. Some of the negatives were: the outside seating space was limited and used by smokers. I found the bath towels small and thin. We were offered room service only after 3 nights. Air conditioning in the room was limited. The room was small. There is no kettle, tea or coffee provision in the room. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. An ok stay."

"Wonderful stay at the park inn hotel. Located in the heart of alexanderplatz offers panoramic views of the city, rivaling the views on offer from the nearby Fernsehturm. All other areas of berlin are easily accessible as U&S Bahn as well the tram are all just a stones throw away. Booked a standard room, it was mid-size, clean and tidy, had coffee making facilities, complimentary bottle of sparkling water.. However my only little minor criticism of the room was the lack of wardrobe space. On site gym and solarium available. The gym was free to use however the solarium cost an extra five euro. Variety of options available at breakfast from healthy to sweet and savoury items. Breakfast was not included in the booking price but worth the extra cost. Staff were friendly and efficient. I was able to check in early into my room, just before 2pm. I will look to book this place again the next time I need to go to berlin 10/10"

"Nice hotel with large rooms. Breakfast and coffee were very good. No kettle and facade construction blocked entrance and balcony view. It is not a luxury hotel but the staff work hard to meet your needs. Good location. Ten minute walk from M2 tram stop dragging suitcases. Next time i will uber from Berlin central. AC worked very well."
