Loved everything about this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and from check-in to check-out everything was perfect. Andrea at reception was very kind and answered any all questions we had. Lunch, dinner and breakfast was delicious and the staff was very attentive. The room was beautiful with an amazing view of the lake. Nice and cosy hotel with a great view. The room was a bit cold. Since the hotel was very busy, waiting for check-in and dinner took long.

Amazing service all around. From the reception, to the restaurants and spa - everyone did everything possible to make us feel great. The only thing I would say needs improvement - are the mattress and pillows.

It's totally worthy to drive and stay there. We get a warm welcome from Maria and she made a good memory for my family during our stay. Kids loved the place and they told me that it was the best places we stayed while travelling in Austria.

It was very clean and comfortable It was located between Wolfgang and Hallstatt, so it was easy to get around.

This place was really great. The staff were super friendly and very helpful! The beds were great and the breakfast was excellent. Sometimes hotels breakfasts have cheap things but they did not. It was good quality bread, fruit, cheese, etc. it was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had in a very long time. It’s right in the middle of town so it’s convenient to find somewhere to eat but there is a restaurant in the hotel which is also nice. They took the time to think of little things that...
