Perfect location for our stay in Austin. Property was nice, updated, and the room was quite spacious. Communication was clear and efficient.

The location was great and unit well furnished. Only negative is that as part of checking in process, you have to go through their concierge who provides a nice summary of the area and a map. But then they work to get you to sit for a sales pitch of their timeshare/vacation ownership program. We declined multiple times no matter the incentive to sit through their sales pitch. Not sure I would have booked this property knowing there would be a push to buy into a timeshare.
