My third stay in this lovely home. Built into the cliff above the river, it is very unique. Light filled spaces and updated bathrooms. Lots of stairs for good exercise!

Lovely Little Lake House

This is an absolutely lovely lake house. We loved it and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had access to everything we needed, supplied dishes, towels, paper products, etc. It was clean and in good order. If we stay in that area again, we've already decided to try to rent it again.

The views are STUNNING! Make a cup of coffee (bring your own Kuerig pods), and sit out on the deck. Inhale the fresh air and beautiful views!! Very clean. Very lovely home. Saw some deer making their way thru the brush. The only bad thing is I have to leave and go back to cold, flat Nebraska!!

The house was very quaint with eclectic decor. The kitchen had everything needed however the knives were very dull. The view was fantastic. The property itself needed quite a bit of maintenance. Trees and shrubbery were overgrown. Rails on stairways were loose and shaky. Carpet on stairs was dirty and worn. Killed a bunch of large black ants and one very large scorpion inside the house. Overall it was a pleasant relaxing stay but won’t be staying there again for the price.

A clean hidden gem

You've got to know that this property is exactly as described and so. Very. Clean! It was a welcoming sight. The view into the valley is just beautiful. I enjoyed a wonderful morning just being quiet and mindful of birds and the water below. There is a queen sized bed on the first level with a bathroom across the foyer. Also a large kitchen with the necessities. Bring your own coffee, sweetener and creamer. On the second level down stairs, there is the washer and dryer and 2 more bedrooms with a queen and full sized beds. The downstairs bathroom has a double vanity and hair dryer. Whereas there are plenty of clean hand towels and body towels, there were no wash cloths. There is an iron but no working ironing board. Bring shampoo, conditioner and body wash as what was provided were almost depleted when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again as we were able to be in Lakeway directly.

Overall good place. Cleaning could use some fine tuning but it wasn't a showstopper for me, and it wasn't bad enough to complain about while I was there. We found the reviews to be accurate. If you’re wanting a highly stylish home this is not, but it is fun, clean as a whistle and the view seen from cute updates kitchen, living and from the deck was a hit for us. Modest but nice Table & chairs on deck and 2 chair pad chairs. We would stay again.

Relaxing and Cozy

Our group had an amazing time at this property. We were close to restaurants, BBQ food trucks, grocery stores, gift shops, hiking trails, Lake Austin, and Lake Travis. We spent several nights inside playing games, watching TV, cooking dinner and enjoying the view. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. We felt very at home and would recommend to anyone and would stay again.

The place was super clean and pleasant to decompress after my daughter's wedding. The only complaint is half the outlets didn't work. Especially the outside deck for the lights and the lighting outside. Other than that, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Breathtaking view from the Balcony

Everything about this property was amazing. It was clean, spacious and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We spent a lot of time on the large upper balcony which had a beautiful view of the Colorado River. and hills. Our family of 5 stayed here for 5 days in order to attend a wedding at Vintage Villas on Lake Travis which was a 6 minute drive away.
