The Soundcheck Suite (Unit 402) is a 3BR suite within the 7 on 7th boutique hotel in East Austin. This spacious designer unit sleeps up to 14 guests and offers a large private patio as well as access to the building's shared rooftop patio overlooking Downtown Austin.

An open kitchen and living space greet you as you enter the suite. Home chefs will enjoy the gourmet kitchen equipped with modern appliances and stocked with basic necessities. A small table with a booth seat offers seating for 3-4 guests with additional stools placed around the kitchen island.



Curl up on the comfortable couch (a Queen size sofa bed) to watch TV or read your favorite book. A full guest bathroom is just down the hall along with two of the bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a King bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom at the other end of the hall offers a Queen over Queen bunk bed. Upstairs, the third bedroom offers two Queen beds, a Queen size sofa bed, and access to the spacious patio accessible only to the guests of this unit. Please note that the third bedroom is lofted and can be accessed via a spiral staircase off of the living room OR via a door with keypad entry located on the 5th floor. The 5th floor can be reached via staircase or elevator.



PRIVATE PATIO: The spacious private patio attached to the Soundcheck Suite offers comfortable patio furniture along with views of Downtown and East Austin. This patio is also covered.



THE ROOFTOP: The 7 on 7th building offers a rooftop patio and outdoor dining space with views of Downtown Austin. Please note that this space is shared by and open to all guests. No private access is guaranteed for your stay.



THE LOCATION: This property’s exceptional East Austin location favors a night out on the town.
