This unique, custom-built casita sits on six secluded acres in the Texas Hill Country, nestled in a grove of trees between Austin (25 minutes) and Dripping Springs (15 minutes). Ideal for a peaceful escape or exploring local wineries, distilleries, breweries, wedding venues, and outdoor attractions, the casita offers both privacy and proximity.
Designed by a skilled craftsman, the home features vaulted ceilings, pecan wood floors, custom cabinetry, and abundant natural light from wall-to-wall French doors and large windows. Thoughtfully curated art adds warmth throughout. The living room includes a cozy couch, 40” HDTV with cable, stereo system, DVD/CD player, and a work desk. High-speed internet (350+ Mbps) is provided.
The romantic bedroom has an organic Naturepedic king bed with countryside views, room darkening curtains, a walk-in closet, and soft robes. The ensuite bathroom features a glass-tile shower with marble countertops.
Outside, a full-length porch overlooks a meadow with rocking chairs, a dining area for two, a hot tub, gas grill, and fire pit—perfect for sunsets, birdwatching, and stargazing.


IMPORTANT NOTE: The use of the fire pit is subject to Travis County Burn Ban restrictions.

Cleaning fee- $150 2 weeks or longer $200
Rates are for 2 people. A third guest will be charged $25 per day.
The couch can be used as bed if needed to accommodate a third person.
