"The property looks old and dingy. Parking is terrible. Walls are paper-thin"

"Rainey street is very loud at night. Club music and live bands Th-Sat until 2am. We faced Rainey street on 15th floor. Dohm sound machine didn’t help very much. Room was excellent otherwise. Women’s sauna could’ve been better designed-not much seating and ceramic tile floors were hot hot hot. Otherwise gorgeous pool area etc Ease up on the scented air-it’s a bit much. Oh - and pillows were way too stuffed and big for sleeping. Just being totally honest. "

"The Hilton staff was welcoming, the restaurants had great food and service, the fitness center had a nice variety and plenty of equipment, even when it was crowded and the hotel had plenty of security to keep its patrons safe."

"The air conditioning in our room made the carpet immediately in front of it damp, so we needed to avoid that area of the room when walking without shoes. The breakfast is small, but we had to wait a long time to get food because the staff was making waffles and getting coffee for themselves during the breakfast rush. It's in a convenient location and a fairly clean place, but I wouldn't stay there again."
