"Great location close to downtown and Soco. Plenty of great options to eat inside the hotel and in the area. Nice pool and amenities. Great staff. Stay there with my husband for four nights, we had a great time."
"Some of the staff were rude, not welcoming. Meanwhile some staff were lovely - the barista on Monday morning, some of the pool/bar staff. The pool was super crowded so plan ahead.
Room in the Tommie was nice. Bed was comfy! But the shower/ bathroom set up was not ideal but makes sense for the “European style”."
