📍 Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS): ~20–25 minutes

🚌 Public Transit: The #803 Rapid Bus runs along Burnet Road with service toward The Domain and Downtown/South Congress.

🚙 Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area.

📋 House Rules & Important Information

To help keep the studio comfortable and enjoyable for everyone, please observe the following:

🚭 No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, including cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes/vapes, marijuana, and other substances. A $500 smoking violation fee may apply.

🐾 Pets
Pets are not permitted without prior written approval from management.

🚽 Toilet Use
Please flush toilet paper only. Do not flush wipes, feminine hygiene products, diapers, or other items.

🤫 Respect the Neighborhood
Please be considerate of neighbors and other occupants. Excessive noise, disturbances, or behavior that violates applicable laws or property rules are not permitted.

🏠 Use of the Property
The unit may not be altered, damaged, subleased, assigned to another party, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.

⚠️ Hazardous Materials
Please do not bring hazardous substances or materials into the unit.

🔧 Management Access
Management may need to enter the unit for repairs, maintenance, or inspections. Reasonable notice will be provided whenever required, including 24-hour notice for non-emergency inspections or service.

⚡ Power Outages
Power outages caused by severe weather or regional utility issues are outside our control. In the event of a widespread outage, compensation cannot be provided for affected days.

⚠️ Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss resulting from their negligence or intentional actions, including damage caused by members of their party or visitors.
