Great property!

Went to Austin for a week to visit family. This property was perfect! Great location- walking distance to shops and restaurants. Easy check-in and full of amenities. Would absolutely stay again.

Great Austin Location

Great location (2 short blocks to S Congress). Excellent upfront info about everything; was a bit surprised about the before check-in information ask, but once there it seemed really about internet access. Modern but cozy; great showers in both bathrooms! Definitely would recommend a stay here.

Comfortable stay in Austin

Had a great stay. The host was very responsive to all communication and accommodated our needs. Had some trouble checking in (our code wasn't working), but it was easy to get on the phone and get it sorted out in a reasonable amount of time.

Awesome stay

Everything was as advertised. Communication was quick and detailed. We had a wonderful time. Only suggestion is maybe time for a new tv, but we didn’t use it much so it wasn’t a problem for us. Would definitely recommend

Comfortable clean stay in great neighborhood

We would definitely stay here again. Perfect space for a group of 3-4, as both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms upstairs plus a third half bath downstairs. The house was spotless, well stocked in the kitchen with utensils and basics (coffee, tea, spices) and with linens. Quiet street but minutes away walking to amazing restaurants bars and shopping. We didn’t have a car but the dedicated spot was nice to have. 10/10!

The perfect spot!

The house was spotless and fully updated. The neighborhood is great and the location simply couldn’t have been better for our family. Only negatives were that I couldn’t get the Sonos speaker to connect to my phone, which may have been my fault, and the see through garage door in the living room didn’t allow much privacy and was a bit strange. Overall, a fantastic spot that I would definitely come back to.

Great location - corporate vibe

The place itself was perfect for us; two adult couples. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were super clean, and there were a couple of places to hang out in between trips out and about. I knocked it down a couple of stars due to an email we received after we booked claiming we owed more money to "cover credit card fees". It may have been a legit mistake, but it felt pretty phishy to me. We didn't pay and never heard another thing about it but my guess is many people will just approve the "missing fee" on good faith. Also, we asked to leave our bags on check-out day for an hour or two based on flight times and were denied. No big deal but not very accommodating.
