This place is gorgeous with an amazing view from the balcony and the rooftop pool. They were very accommodating, and we would definitely stay there again. 5 stars for sure!

It was perfect for us!

This location was ideal for us first time Austin visitors! The two bedroom with en suite bathrooms was perfect for the two couples. There was a lot of construction going on around us, but we did not hear it. We loved being close to rainy Street. Easy lift pick up to local Fun stops. Even the parking our car was easy. We would highly recommend this location and this unit. Well accommodated for our needs as visitors.

The location is perfect for people interested in the bars and nightlife. Otherwise there was a lot of construction to navigate around and the neighborhood is very trashy. The apartment itself was nice.

Good weekend getaway

This apartment was perfect for our weekend trip to Austin. Location was great. Steps away from the Lake. Comfortable walking distance to all destinations. We parked our car and left it in the garage as we explored the city. Beautiful building, beautiful apartment. Plenty of storage. Found a small market around the corner that offered great locally brewed coffee. We even bought some to bring home!

My husband and I brought 2 friends visiting from Australia. They wanted to see what Austin was all about. This was a beautiful condo. Had everything we needed. We didn't use the fitness room but we did use the pool area. The view from our unit was wonderful, the view from the pool and club room even moreso. Pick up the remote from the front desk and watch your favorite football team in the club room's 65" tv The bldg is within walking distance of many restaurants bars and shops. 1 mile from the famous Franklins BBQ. The Barcle staff is incredibly responsive. We had a couple minor issues and the staff resolved them quickly. They respond to messaging within a few minutes - always courteous and professional. Onsite staff always kind and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Spot Near the Lake

Perfect space for my coworker and I to commute to/from work as well as a place to hang out in the evenings afterwards without the awkward hotel vibe. Great rooftop pool/patio and outdoor spot on the 10th floor fitness area. Easy in/out with valet parking onsite. Would stay here again for sure!

just ok

it was extremely overpriced, pictures weren't really accurate, one roll of toliet paper per bathroom seems a bit cheap considering we paid 4K for three nights? Check is was not a minute before 4 but the propety was ready, we got there at 3:53 and we had to sit in the lobby and wait until 4, not one extra piece of bedding? frying pans were all scratched and not safe to use, i woiuld not ever rent again.
