Located just East of downtown and very near famous eateries like Franklin BBQ, as well as East Austin's amazing bars and music clubs.

A media lover's dream:. Enjoy the four 4k UHD TVs, highspeed internet, turntable, tape deck, and blu-ray/DVD/CD/VHS players and collection, as well as books and magazines. A full kitchen with modern appliances such as a gas range, microwave with built-in air fryer. There's a back deck with a large natural gas grill for grilling out and relaxing. Exceptional stay!

We've visited Austin every year or so for the last decade and this was by far our favorite stay! We made good use of the park and the tennis courts right across the street. Laundry, kitchen, entertainment, big beds, outdoor grill and deck. House came packed with all the comforts of home. Fast wifi internet and lots of nice TVs. The host responded immediately when I couldn't find a mixing bowl, which I found right after sending the message, hahaha. We were able to walk or take a short Uber trip to get everywhere we wanted. So many options for food and drink close by! This is the place to stay!
