Perfect getaway

The condo is clean, comfortable and in a great place to walk around and experience Austin. It is well stocked with necessities and the amenities of the building are great - especially the pool. Everyone there is very friendly. I’d stay there again.

Great location. Close walk to Rainy St. and short Uber to 6th St and Congress. Apt was clean, had pretty much everything we needed. Love that it was 2 nice size bedrooms/baths adjacent from each other. The bldg convenience store was not open yet, so had to find a market for some essentials.

The place was very clean upon entry but there were no kleenex, wash rags, water, couldn’t get the espresso machine to work. There was one tiny bar of soap per bathroom. Beautiful view but not worth the price.

Gem on Rainey Street

What a gem of a property located near Rainey Street and the running trails nearby. Great floor plan and amenities. Rooftop pool area is great for relaxing at the end of a long day. Definitely recommend this property. Very clean and well kept. Furnishings are beautiful, Smart Samsung TV's, and comfortable beds to sleep on.

Tremendous!!!

This property is beautiful inside and out! It was very clean and modern, and we enjoyed the high-end appliances. The building is beautiful with a coffee bar, state of the art gym & pool, and backs up to Rainy Street. We LOVED our stay!!!
