Perfect for people who want to explore Austin’s hip East side (5 miles), downtown or South Austin and conveniently stay no more than 3.5 miles from the airport. *Pet friendly with huge backyard: Allowing up to 3 pets for an additional $25 one-time fee.

Infractions of House Rules (i.e. unauthorized parties/ large gatherings, smoking in the home, etc.) are subject to a minimum fee of $150.

Caesar’s home exudes a warm and inviting ambiance. The place is beautifully decorated and very clean. Cesar was attentive to our needs and made sure our stay was great. The check-in process was smooth, and the location was convenient, as it was close to the places I visited. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect Overnight Stay

Communication with the host was perfect. He was quick to respond and very friendly. A great host. The house is in what appears to be an up and coming neighborhood. Lots of new houses being built but still some original small homes in the area. The interior of the house has been renovated beautifully and was clean and cute. An excellent overnight stay.

The house had everything needed and I mean everything it was a wonderful stay but the neighbor hood is a big no loud music morning to night we even had ppl in the neighborhood harassing us as we got into our car but if you can handle that type of neighborhood then this place is great for you & this is nothing the owner can control so nothing against him he was also wonderful & very helpful

The house overall met our needs for the night. There were some really nice updates made to the house. The location was near where we were going to a concert for the night so it made it convenient. But the neighborhood itself wasn’t the best. The communication with Caesar was excellent. He was at the house when we arrived. There were a couple of small issues that he is addressing. Overall good.
