Great Stay

I was in Austin for a business trip. The house was clean and had everything I needed. It's also in a wonderful neighborhood and close to everything.

Great Location

The blue house was just as listed! It is very clean and comfortable. We had our grandson over and he loved the play are, toys, and backyard. We enjoyed the Adirondack chairs in the backyard and coffee in the AM on the ones on the front porch. It is in a great neighborhood and easy to take walks or runs. The beds are very comfortably and nice linens. Inga and her husband was totally on top of everything and responsive to a couple issues.Definitely will be back to visit our grand-babies and stay here!!

Cute house with some issues

It is a cute house in a great neighborhood. The living space is small. Need fans in the rooms because the house doesn't cool down very well. There is no washer or dryer, which wasn't great considering our stay was 11 days. I like to wash my sheets every 6-7 days. The mosquitoes are HORRIBLE out back. They need to get rid of some brush and trim back some trees. It's a haven for snakes and rodents.The mosquitoes will eat you up even during the day. The house started flooding in the room that led out to the backyard. It was when our area was getting flash floods. Street parking had my car in rushing water (as it came downhill). Because of the forecast of more rain and the room filling with water in a matter of minutes, we chose to leave 3 days early. We didn’t want to chance our vehicle getting damaged or deal with a flooded room where we couldn't get to the backyard for our dogs. The yard also flooded. The owner didn't want to refund our money for the days remaining,which is unfortunate, but with all of the tragedy attached to these rains, we know we made the right decision. Not everyone has compassion over greed.
