    Enjoy the best of Lake Travis from a charming two-story, 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home situated on 1+ acres of land. This home is the ideal place to relax, where TWO west-facing decks create the perfect place to unwind as the sun sets across the lake. Everyday promises a SUNSET SURPRISE!. No two are the same!....After a day of boating, fishing, swimming, or floating along the shoreline, guests can gather on the decks for open-air relaxation, lake breezes, and unobstructed sunset views.

    The gradual lakefront shoreline makes the water easy to enjoy, while the covered dock with a dining table offers a shaded spot for lakeside lunches, quiet mornings on a perfectly calm lake, and relaxed time by the water. If you want to bring your own boat special arrangements can be made for use of the dock to tie up over night.

    This exquisite home does not disappoint! Each bedroom includes its own private bathroom offering guests plenty of privacy and convenience. The two separate living areas (with TVs) give families and groups room to spread out, reconnect, and enjoy a comfortable Lake Travis getaway.
