Great location for us! Pretty view of the Austin City skyline! For an even better guest experience, it would be helpful to provide an ironing board to use with the provided iron, replacement of burned out light bulbs and have functioning ice maker.
This was exactly how it was.stated online. The check in process was very easy and i had numerous questions prior to my visit and the company was very prompt with their responses. The bed and pillows were amazing!!! Would definitely stay there again.
Nice property; comfortable, nicely appointed, and great location close to downtown Austin. Property seemed safe and secure. We enjoyed staying there. However, there were some issues:1). Finding the property was more challenging than it should be. First off, by tapping on the map in the Vrbo mobile app for the property, we were taken to a very wrong location north Lamar Blvd. This is an egregious error. By entering the property address directly into another mobile mapping app, we still had trouble. Perhaps you could provide some additional verbal directions, such as "The building is located behind the Walgreens located at the intersection of S. Lamar Blvd and Bluebonnet Ln."2). No hot water at the kitchen sink. Why??3). The bedroom window is/was absolutely filthy, which ruined the view. Would it kill you to periodically hire a professional window cleaner to reach the tall windows? Instead of having your housekeeper do a half-ass job, as clearly has been done in the past.4). There were shampoo residue and pubic hairs in the soap/shampoo niche in the shower, presumably from the previous guest. Kinda gross!
This apartment was very nice and well equipped but the bed could use a little attention. When turning over in bed during night the bed would make these loud popping sounds and jolts that startle you awake like you are falling. Bummer for sure. The sheets and pillows were not awesome but just satisfactory. The communication with the property management was very prompt which I appreciated very much. There are two other suggestions I would like to make aside from the master bed. We had a tough time locating the apartment within the building structure as we arrived at night. A light on the outside of the door would have been super helpful because the apartment numbers were really hard to read. The other small frustration we had, and I empathize the word small, was that the pictures on the listing were not the exact unit we got. As a frequent renter I use the pictures a lot to see amenities, room arrangements and such to plan my stay as far as what I should bring etc. If I see a refrigerator with in-door ice and water it would be nice if the thing worked. Unfortunately this one did not. Had to run down to the drug store on the corner to get a bag of ice, so problem solved. It would just be nice if the pictures were the actual apartment you get. With all of that said, I would certainly stay here again. Beautiful place, great balcony, lovely bathroom and comfortable furniture. Thanks for a great weekend in Austin!
Everything was great. It felt like home away from home. Communication has been excellent. And the amenities were just right. The only thing would have been if the fridge had ice. But we got our own. Thank you and will be returning again!
Very clean and comfortable apartment with easy access to downtown. Property management was very responsive and accessible. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is located on the second floor with units on both sides and upstairs. Whoever lives upstairs is extremely loud and stays up super late, the other tenants are not as bad, but still loud!If you don’t mind the noise, it’s a nice place. The other thing is, there are no elevators, so if you don’t do stairs, this isn’t the place for you.
Beautiful little property. Plenty of amenities to get you started. Walgreens right there is very convenient. Balcony faces East, great place to watch the sunrise. Definitely follow driving directions to turn in at the Walgreens. Google maps it will take you to a locked gate. All furniture is comfy! Decor is gorgeous and makes for great photos! Guest accounts for roku a huge plus. Local management super responsive. A few small things to work on like the laundry detergent are pods in the kitchen, hard to distinguish from dishwashing supplies since they were together and garbage disposal wasn’t working. Overall amazing! Would totally return, and you will love it for doing downtown Austin and surrounding area.
