  • Welcome to The Downtown Modern, an upscale downtown Austin stay with skyline views, multiple outdoor decks, a private pool, and polished indoor and outdoor spaces made for relaxing, celebrating, and enjoying the city.

    Set close to restaurants, nightlife, UT games, festivals, SXSW, ACL, wedding venues, and major Austin events, it is a stylish home base for bachelor and bachelorette trips, wedding weekends, business retreats, festival stays, and friends getaways.

    The home sleeps up to 10 guests with 2 king beds and 3 queen beds, plus 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. Inside, guests will find modern interiors, comfortable gathering areas, smart TVs, fast WiFi, Sonos sound, and a kitchen for meals at home.
