The people here were really helpful. The area is very convenient and quiet. They did provide a breakfast, albeit very basic. The furniture here shows some wear and tear, but basically still solid. The only actual issue I ran into was the hot water boiler for the building shut down the night I stayed here, and I had to take a cold shower. Not the end of the world, just a little inconvenient.

We had a wonderfull stay. This facility was centrally located for our needs. Near downtown, near COTA, near airport. Off hwy 290 and plenty of options for food and shopping.

This is an older hotel, No coffee equipment in the rooms, you have to ask for kitchen equipment from front desk, there is no workout/weight room. No hot breakfast. This hotel seems to be in an area that most restaurants won't deliver to. Staff was very nice and friendly. Check in time did not take a very long time. It was very simple to get checked in. Al-in-all, I rate this with 3 stars only because there were no coffee makers in the rooms there was no hot breakfast and had no weight room to workout.

Did not have anything for the kids. The kitchenette was lacking. Dishes had to be requested and no complimentary dish soap. The floors were not very clean. Our littles would get dirty feet. Staff friendly. The grab and go breakfast was lacking.

Good Hotel

The room was in good condition. Mattress was just right, not too soft, not too hard. The room was clean. I felt safe in the hotel. The grounds needed some trash pick-up but nothing bad. The location is pretty good. It's a bit tricky to get to off east 290 because of the construction. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The room was clean but the furniture could use an update. I prefer to use stairwells when I have the option and the stairwells in this facility were filthy. There was plenty of parking and overall this was a nice and quiet stay for me. The bed was comfortable and I liked the TV channel options.

Simple and no nonsense place

The hotel was fair. It was neat but a bit dusty and outdated, especially the bathroom. Be sure to take your own toiletries and shampoo, conditioner and any other items you may need for your trip. It no nonsense, no full breakfast or restaurant service but they do offer coffee and a small grab and go table with packed muffins and grain bars in the morning. It is good for families on a budget or a quick overnight trip.

Good experience

The staff was friendly and very helpful, just like last my previous stay. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a slight smell as if a prior guest had smoked in the room, thankfully the smell was just present not overwhelming.

I'm visiting family when in Austin; this hotel is convenient, but very complicated to get to the first time. Generally quiet, however, since cooking facilities are in each rooom and construction workers often stay here, there are occasional cooking smells. There is a picnic area on the property and these workers occasionally party here making noise and leaving trash. For me, the convenient location with respect to family and price are enough for me to return.
