Chic tile floors extend into the fully equipped kitchen, where you will find Granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances, including a DOUBLE OVEN! Pull up a bar stool to dine at the eat-in kitchen or gather around the rustic wooden dining table to enjoy your meals and play cards or games together! Open the glass doors to admire the panoramic views of Lake Travis and rolling landscapes of the Texas Hill Country. After spending the day out boating on the water, settle into one of the chairs on the lower balcony with a glass of wine or grill your fresh catch on the charcoal grill! The main level of the house boasts 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom, while the Master Suite awaits on its own floor with a Queen bed and private balcony. In the morning, relax on the balcony with a freshly brewed cup of coffee to start another memorable day! The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig and a traditional drip/style coffee maker. We even provide an assortment of coffee for you to enjoy! With Briarcliff Marina a short 2 minute drive away, you can bring your boat or rent jet skis to spend a day out on the water! If you bring your own boat, the marina offers a boat ramp and dock parking for a small fee! Boats and jet skis etc. are welcomed!
