We won’t return

Rooms were dirty…we had to be moved after we seen our first room. The air didn’t work, tv remote didn’t work and room was filthy. We were then told the only available room was a queen suite with fold out couch. We went to look at it and it was dirty. The desk clerk then said he had one king suite he was saving to sell but gave it to us anyway. The bedding we had for the fold out couch had huge holes throughout the comforter. When we asked for a new blanket, we were given a mattress pad because they had zero extra blankets. The clerk told our son it was a blanket with wings. We were very dissatisfied with our stay and don’t plan to return. We will be traveling here yearly and we were hoping to come back but will have to find a new hotel.
