Hyde Park Historic District - Close To Everything Austin Has To Offer!

  • This listing is located behind the main home on the property. We completely remodeled the home in 2015. There's a full 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and laundry room. The home has everything that you would need from dishes, pots and pans, a toaster, stove, refrigerator, table and chairs, towels, and fresh sheets.

    The high speed internet connection and wifi are provided by Google Fiber, which is one of the best, fastest, and most stable internet providers in Austin. Google TV / Youtube TV provides one of the most up to date technologies for the best digital TV available.

    It's located in the heart of Hyde Park in central Austin within walking distance to restaurants, a bakery, and other local businesses. ASTI, Quack's Mother's Cafe, Julio's, and several other restaurants are within walking distance. There is a public bus stop three block away that will take you anywhere in the city including downtown. We hope that you select our wonderful guest house for your stay!

    We are family friendly and can accommodate children 5 years old or older. Total of 4 people includes any children.

3) Feel free to leave any usable or new food/drinks in the kitchen for the cleaners to take home. They take what they can so it won’t go to waste. Anything else, please throw away.
4) Please turn the heat down to <70º F> in the winter, and please turn the A/C up to <80º F> in the summer. 5) Take out all trash. Please do not leave any trash. 6) Please lock all doors and windows.
