I really enjoyed this location. Close to multiple bars and restaurants and not too long a walk to downtown and the convention center. One thing to be aware of is that the proximity to nightlife means some street noise, but it wasn't too disruptive. I'd happily stay here again!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect. The loft itself had everything we needed and was super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
The design, details, and furnishings are all very thoughtfully designed and comfortable. It has big features like a giant kitchen and walk-in shower, and little things like soft towels, nice art, coffee and filters and a fascinating book collection. Also, so many good trucks and restaurants nearby!
We loved the place. Everything sparkly clean. Pictures describe place great. Location right next to bars and restaurants.
The key process to get in is a little complicated. Would be better to have parking in this location.
Enjoyed our weekend w friends for my husbands 60th birthday. Perfect location for walking to restaurants and bars. Safe area. Pictures are accurate and highly recommend!! Place was clean and comfortable on the inside (grounds around the place had a lot of beer cans and trash) kinda confusing checking in but we managed and was actually comical when we figured it all out.
Communication was all automated responses with no one to actually contact (the way of the world today)
We did a couple of walking food tours that started just down the street. Would definitely stay here again.
This loft apartment is beautifully situated in a part of Austin that made getting around to the downtown area and to all that E. 6th St. has to offer easy and accessible . The apartment was beautifully furnished and very spacious. The one downside was a little bit of noise at night, but with earplugs it was fine. So many things are within walking distance: food, groceries, entertainment, hike and bike trail… we rented electric bikes that were located right in front of the apartment building and soon were riding around Town lake. Lovely! I do highly recommend!
The apartment and location are a 10/10. Very rustic loft on an eclectic part of East 6th. Easy walk to downtown and South Congress. The condo was very comfortable. The detail that kept it from a perfect 5 star was the cleanliness. There were lots of examples that showed us that the apartment was not properly cleaned before we arrived. We contacted property management and they partially remedied the issues. Some issues, like the hot water faucet in the main bedroom not working, could not be remedied. Advanced knowledge of this detail would have been appreciated. Notwithstanding, this listing has a lot of positives and, overall, I would highly recommend it.

Great loft in fun neighborhood
The location is great with tons of bars and restaurants in walking distance, as well as a Whole Foods and mini Target just a couple blocks away for any essentials. The master bedroom is huge with a walk in closet and private bathroom and second bedroom is also nice with private bath. The beds are very comfortable and there are blackout curtains. The living/dining/kitchen space is really nice, bright and open. We were there in November so the deck was amazing - a great place for morning coffee or dinner/drinks after a long day. The apartment included essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, coffee filters, laundry detergent, etc. there are three locked doors to access to get into the apartment so we felt secure. Parking is easy, the Park ATX app can be used remotely, but you have to pay 8am-midnight and it’s not cheap. Even factoring that cost into the price, we felt this was a great value for a terrific location.

Great location, deceptive descriptions
This this unit is in a great location. Although it is hard to get into with numerous layers of access.
The unit is self presents great in the pictures, but that is very deceptive. Many of the appliances are old left over units probably from another unit. We had a gas leak in the stove when we tried to use it and it took them 24 hours to come out and fix the gas leak. we tried to turn the exhaust fan on and open all windows on 100° day. The exhaust fan got stuck. It would not turn off and was very loud and we eventually had to climb up into the cabinets, which are homemade and poor quality, to unplug the exhaust fan.
The washer and dryer were used and breaking down. The floors in the place are old and are a tripping hazard with many of the boards being warped and coming up in places.
I will say that the sleeping accommodations and bathrooms were all in order.
They must have just sprayed because the place was littered with dead crickets and for two days we had to go around, sweeping them up.
I voice these concerns numerous times, but this company uses a management company that uses another management company and it was very hard to get through to them. All I kept getting was send us pictures, but it is very hard to send pictures of something that is broken like an appliance. It looks the same in the picture regardless.
Anyway, I shared these concerns numerous times and they were never really validated although somebody did eventually come over and fix the stove, gas leak, even though they asked me to pay for it and didn’t understand that I wasn’t the owner.

Disliked: Communication
The property and location were fabulous. The communication with Vacasa was nonexistent. So repairs that were needed did not get completed.
This place is awesome and close to down town. Only issue we had was street parking was a little hard to find and adds up, which is no fault of the property but is something you need to think about while booking
This was a nice loft apartment conveniently located. Our only compliant was that the linens were thread bare and very few of them. We were a group of three, we received three bath towels, three facecloths and two hand towels for our three day stay.
We stayed for just over a week and enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient and the outdoor patio was perfect for our weather. For anyone worried about city noise, there were a few weekend nights when the noise was higher but it wasn't anything unusual and quieted right down by midnight. A city bike rental stop is right at the door and I enjoyed riding down Waller st. to ride around the lake paths each day. For anyone wanting to cook in, verify the oven is fixed before you go. We opted not to have them come in for repairs and I'm sure they'll fix it.
No electricity and the property manager refused a refund. Totally bizarre experience

Very nice. Sleeper sofa and futon surprisingly very comfortable. Well stocked with sheets, towels, blankets, etc. however, parking is difficult and expensive. But, that can be overcome with Uber. Very very nice.

Long Weekend
The location was amazing. Everything was within walking distance. The pictures represent just how the apartment looks. Check in and check out went very smooth
We rented for ACL and were thrilled with the location and fabulous restaurants nearby that we took advantage of during our four-day stay. The space has great lighting and good furnishings. The bed was very comfortable.
We were informed that the dishwasher was not working, which was not an issue for us since we ate every meal out, but the day we left water was coming out from under the appliance and we alerted the staff.
There is a nice patio area, but towards the end of the stay the dumpsters near the building became pungent due to the holiday weekend.
I would rent this property again. The convenience is great and we enjoyed the feel of the neighborhood.
