Enjoy sunset views on Lake Travis' private island in our beautiful top floor villa with elevator access. Includes stunning lake views, wifi, washer dryer, restaurant, salon/spa, 3 pools (1 heated but closed right now), 3 hot tubs, saunas, fitness center, shuffle board, tennis, pickleball and separate boat slip rental.
You will love our newly updated villa with a spacious patio right at the lake with pool and lake views from you r living room and bedroom with access to patio. The sunsets are gorgeous!
Relax and unwind at this gorgeous villa which has been completely remodeled and decorated from top to bottom.The interior and furnishings are warm and inviting and include vaulted ceilings, tile floors, and granite countertops. The spacious villa has one well appointed master bedroom, with a King Bed and a 3rd floor balcony over looking the beautiful pool and lake.
Our condo’s come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional “guest” spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.
We have 3 villas so ask if you need more space.
Other Amenities Include;
*Coded Lock on Door, so you will not have to keep up with a key.
* Private Marina & Boat Slips available for our guests.
*Day Dock & Low Water Boat Ramp.
* 2 Outdoor Pools and 1 Indoor Pool. All with Hot Tubs

Lake Travis is not a constant level lake, it does fluctuate with seasons, and rain fall. Please visit to view current lake level.
We will provide check in information prior to your arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking space, and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check In is not required, and allows you to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).

Weekend Getaway
Perfect place for a weekend getaway. Has everything you need. Check in process is simple and easy. All as advertised. Although we went was it was cold still had fun and enjoyed it. Best place to be during the summer time. Will come back.

Great property and a terrific value.
Wife and I stayed for 4 nights while visiting family in Hutto. The location was easy to access, the grounds, and facilities were all well kept and attractive and the views of the Colorado River were priceless. The unit itself was well kept and inviting. All the furnishings were comfortable and top condition. The balcony area was our favorite feature of the unit, we couldn't have asked for more.

Great Place to Get Away!
Really enjoyed our stay on the island! The accommodations are as advertised. Don’t miss out on this getaway!! Enjoy the peace of the lake, feed the deer and enjoy the views from the balcony. Great Place for a Little Getaway

Beautiful lake view!
The condo is awesome! Very clean, well stocked in the kitchen, and is exactly like the pictures. Very nice large patio with seating area that looks onto Lake Travis and beautiful evening sunsets. The property owner communicated with us the whole time and responded immediately, she was great! Overall great little vacation and great condo, highly recommend!

Amazing! Must stay!
We loved this condo so much and will be back! It felt like a 5 star hotel! Very clean and decorated beautifully, and the view of the Brazos is incredible!! Owners are very sweet and helpful!
