  • Lake Travis retreat with three levels for relaxation and fun! The lowest level provides lake access and a large pool ready for lounging and volleyball. The ground floor level is a large covered patio with a full outdoor kitchen, Hot Tub, large outdoor TV, and games including Pool, Ping-pong, and Foosball! Up the stairs to the third level is a spacious 4 bed 4 bath home with amazing lake views from the full balcony. Two master suites and two bunk-bed rooms make this the perfect location for families to reconnect.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave used towels on the laundry room floor.
Please make sure all outdoor lights and fans are turned off, all lights are controlled by the switch panel by the front door, with the exception of flood lights that have switches on the patio level
Please put all garbage in green bins, if it is Thursday please leave bins at top of driveway as we have pickup on Thursdays.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Quiet hours between 9 pm and 7 am. Noiseaware Software measures noise. Maximum 4 cars can park in driveway. Overnight street parking is not allowed.
Lessee agrees to use the bunk bed at his/her own risk and to hold the Landlord harmless for any damage and/or injury caused by use of a bunk bed.
Lessee agrees to hold harmless the landlord from all losses, expenses, or actions of any kind arising out of the use of the premises and swimming pool
