Lakefront Townhouse Retreat on beautiful Lake Travis in Point Venture

Three bedroom, two bath, townhouse end unit that sleeps 9 with two decks that have views of our private protected cove with our private boat dock. (Currently the lake levels in the cove are low and the dock is not usable but cove is still great for kayaking and paddleboarding). This home is nestled in the trees at the middle of Village at Point Venture where you can relax and enjoy the amenities and all the fun of being close to the lake and the convenience of walking to a small dock located in the cove. You will enjoy the views of the lake from the upper and lower decks, two bedrooms downstairs, and comfy living room, dining area and kitchen for gathering upstairs along with a bedroom and bath. Pets can stay with owner approval.

Wonderful house!
We booked this house so we could see the eclipse without all the city lights. The house was perfect for us and feeding the deer was THE BEST! We will keep this spot and their others in mind for next time we need a weekend away!

Beautiful Condo!!! The decks were amazing. Loved feeding the deer!! Kitchen was great!! Water level is so low....This is no way controllable by the owners. Would love to come back soon!! GREAT HOSTS

Nice house and Excellent communication
The house was nice, spacious and in nice neighborhood. The host was very responsive. They answered every question we had almost immediately. The host had everything ready for us like utensils, condiment, cleaning supplies, and cloth washing machine. We didn't need to bring any supplies with us. They also provided food for the deers which we enjoyed feeding. The unfortunate thing, which is out of host control and they already gave us a heads up, the water level was extremely low and it was almost non existent, at least near the house. Otherwise , the scenes from docks would've been very nice. Witth that being said,The host was very thoughtful and provided an alternative which is a key card to 5 minutes away park. The park included a nice beach, water view, boating rental and also some places to do BBQ. The two things the host might need to work on is beds in bedroom downstairs. They weren't very comfy. We woke up with back pain daily. Also may be better lighting in the living room on first floor. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Great place! So nice and there is so much to do in the area. We had so much fun going to the pool, lake, and eating dinner at Pete’s Boathouse. The host was very nice and provided great information. Definitely recommend!

Family fun on the lake
We love Lake Travis and had a wonderful time. Having the boat rental, lake and pool so close was great. The property and house was a great size for all of us. My only disappointment was the cleanliness of the house. It didn’t seem as though it was cleaned at all. We had to wear shoes the whole time otherwise our feet turned black. The beds and towels were clean, thankfully. A different cleaning service is definitely needed. The deer families were precious and they were very happy upon check out as they got all of the fruits and veggies we couldn’t take with us.

Beautiful place!
The photos don’t do this place justice! The cutest lake themed townhome with a great lake view. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and it we enjoyed the playing games as a family. The corn to feed the deer was the cherry on top…our kiddos loved it. The owners were accommodating and quick to respond. We will be back!

Short Spring Break Trip
We truly enjoyed our stay and the beautiful drive to get there! We did have some issues with hot water and water pressure in the bathrooms, but the owners were aware and had a plumber scheduled to arrive once we cleared out.
