Summary:
Come enjoy a little bit of Texas and a lot of Lake Travis in the Lake Travis Lakeview Bungalow.

Walking up to this home, you will feel like you are arriving at a cabin in the woods, only to turn around and see the beautiful lake views, seen from the outdoor dining area, outdoor deck, living room, dining room, master bedroom, 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Perched up on this small hill, you'll also enjoy a view of the hills across the lake.

The Space:
This single family home consists of 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and two large decks with beautiful lake views!

The entry level has the full kitchen, living area, dining, 1/2 bathroom, master bedroom (king), and full bathroom. The living area and master bedroom both have flat screen TVs.

The large front deck has an additional dining table and outdoor seating.

The master bedroom (king bed) and full bathroom are located just off of the living area on the 1st floor.

The half bathroom and laundry room (with washer and dryer) are also on this level next to the kitchen.

The other 2 bedrooms are located upstairs. One is a queen bed and the other has 2 twin bunkbeds (4 twin beds).

The sofa in the living room converts to a queen size bed. We provide bedding for this bed.

Both of the full bathrooms have bathtubs / shower.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to the home, garage, and backyard.

Our beautiful home is located just steps away from Point Venture amenities:

Other things to note:

We provide cooking oil, salt, pepper, spice rack / various spices. We will provide a starter amount of tea, K-cups (6), toilet paper, and paper towels. The Keurig coffee maker has a coffee pot in addition to the 1 cup maker. We do not keep any coffee grinds in the home but we do have the coffee filters in the cabinet so you may bring your favorite coffee.

We provide lake towels in addition to the bath towels.

For infants / toddlers we have a high chair, and booster seat ***available upon request. This is shared with our other rental so we need to know in advance if this is needed.

There is space for at least 3 cars and possibly a small 4th car in the driveway.

Additional Kitchen Items - tea pot, blender, mixer, crockpot, martini shaker, and standard kitchen items.

There is one hair dryer in each bathroom.

This community is about 20 miles west of Austin, and in the Heart of Texas Hill Country.

Downtown Austin is approximately 45 mins - 1 hour drive.

Austin-Bergstrom Intl. Airport is approximately 1 hour away, 47 miles.

A wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay here! Beth was quick with responses and the view was amazing! Wildlife, lake view and the neighborhood was great! The house has everything you could ever need! Beds are comfy and the soaking tub was a must!! We will definitely stay here again!

Point Venture Paradise

Perfect getaway

We came down to visit our daughter for her bday. This house was a perfect house for us. It's close to the lake and we loved all the deer running around. I even fed one by hand.

Great Family Time

We had the best stay at Point Venture! We enjoyed all the amenities—pool, pickle ball, disc golf, beachfront & boat ramp! The area and the house had everything we needed to entertain our 3 adult kids. We cooked all of our meals in the very well appointed kitchen, grilled one night, played cornhole in the backyard & enjoyed the amazing breeze/view on the deck. Communication with the homeowner was above par and I give her a 5 star ++++ rating! Can’t say enough good things about our time there.

Point Venture Lago Vista

Overall an excellent property; wonderfully clean & nicely appointed, with most all necessities provided. Excellent communication for check in/out. Very easy arrival access. Lovely view from the front porch. Great master suite & bath. Reasons for not rating as 5 stars: we arrived at night and there were no exterior lights on, so finding the property was a challenge as was finding the switches for the exterior lights so we could unload; a number of the interior lights did not have bulbs; the backyard furniture was dirty & moldy, so not useable; one of the front porch chairs was broken. Despite the items noted, would highly recommend this property!

A piece of Paradise

Point venture is truly a piece of heaven. I have always been a Florida beach guy, until I came here. It’s now my favorite vacation spot! I have been in August, September, March and we are going back in October. So peaceful and beautiful, it will not disappoint.This house is amazing! Great with kids because of the bunk room. Kitchen. Has everything you need and you will never have to leave. The view from the house is beautiful. Beth is a great host that is always available for questions and will make sure you are taken care of. If you are looking for a fun relaxing trip, where you never have to leave, THIS IS THE PLACE!!
