- This Property is in a family-friendly neighborhood with long-term residents—please be respectful at all times
- No check outs allowed on Saturdays
We love dogs, but we have a few simple rules to keep our space clean and comfortable for everyone (pet fee applies):
- Adult dogs only – must be 18 months or older
- No dogs on furniture – including couches, chairs, and beds.
- Clean up after your dog – please pick up all waste before checkout.
- No cats allowed.
- A $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed.
Smoking Policy
Please note: Smoking or vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited. A $200 cleaning fee will be applied if signs of smoking or vaping are detected.
Enjoy the backyard BBQ! Please:
- Clean after each use – wipe the BBQ, counters, and surrounding area.
- Scrape the grill with the cleaning tool (under the BBQ) while it’s still warm for easy clean-up.
- Remove all trash and leftover food from the BBQ area.
- $75 cleaning fee applies if the BBQ is not cleaned after use.
