Looking for an extended-stay in Austin? This was our first home for 12 years before moving downtown. We loved the quiet neighborhood & family-friendly amenities like the pool, playscape, hike & bike trails as well as the proximity to near-by restaurants, shopping or healthcare. DT is < 10 mi. away with easy access to roads heading westward the Hill Country.

Perfect for a short to mid-length stay:
- to meet your relocation needs while scouting areas of town

- as a cost-effective solution for business travel

This 4-bedroom home is located in SW Austin just 1/4 mile from Mopac & Slaughter Ln. *Built in 2001, 2,150 sq. ft. 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, pet & family-friendly furnishings, with a large back patio, and neighborhood pool access. Overlooking Slaughter Creek Greenbelt with a ranch-style fence and no neighbors behind you, you will enjoy this quiet, clean home.

Review

The lawn wasn’t mowed and was full of dog poop from last renters. We did mow it but it needs to be mowed again. I did stub my toe on the tile going into the living room. The house was nice and we liked the space and it was a very nice neighborhood.

Wonderful home backing up to green belt in Austin

My children and I enjoyed staying at this lovely home. It backed up to a green belt that was beautiful and made you feel like you were not in a busy city, but you could quickly get to the city when needed. The owners were very nice and helpful too. I would definitely recommend this place to others!
