This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath custom built home is 40 minutes from downtown Austin and Bergstrom International Airport, 3 miles from Villa Antonia, 15 minutes from Flat Creek Winery, and 10 minutes from Cedar Park. This home has over 2,000 sq. ft of outdoor living space with a large fire pit, a 65 inch outdoor TV, built in gas grill and smoker; all surrounding a gorgeous 9 foot deep pool with a built in spa.

The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and includes a double oven, built in ice maker and all updated appliances with a large 10 foot island. The open concept home has a large dining room table that seats 10 and looks out to the pool and large covered porch area.

The media room boasts a 100” smart tv, 2 leather reclining sofas that can double as extra sleep space. The media room includes a full size popcorn machine, beverage bar with fridge and sink.

We are minutes from Lake Travis and a public boat launch at Jones Brother’s Park. The park also offers a tennis court, a large playground, & pavilions with grills for family get togethers. Bring your boat or rent from several close by marinas within 10 -25 minutes.

This is an awesome rental for Formula 1, ACL, family reunions, wedding parties, bachelorette and bachelor parties, and any occasion to be together under one roof! No worries on noise restrictions or parking, we are located on 11 acres with complete privacy on all sides.

This home is close to many stores, restaurants and activities. Grubhub delivers to this address as well as HEB, Costco and many other big box stores.

We also offer a 14 passenger Mercedes Sprinter van for any transportation needs; please message for pricing. Please also note that the garage and master closet is not available for guest use.

Great house with amazing outdoor setup

This was a perfect house for our group. We loved how secluded the property is but still easy driving distance to everything we needed. Ann is a great host, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would definitely book here again.

Incredible Stay!

We had an incredible time staying at this property. House was clean and exactly as advertised. The outdoor space is great for hanging out. Initially we were concerned about being able to get transportation back to the airport, but we had no issues with that either. Communication throughout the stay was quick and efficient. Thank you!

Relaxing Getaway!!

Easter getaway

Ann was a fabulous and responsive host with great recommendations for places to eat nearby. The house and property are beautiful. We loved the large kitchen with plenty of areas for sitting. We spent a lot time in the pool and hot tub but also enjoyed the movie room upstairs. The house was well stocked with necessities to make our stay more comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace and the grill on the back patio. Thanks for a great weekend

Gran Getaway

I stayed here with my grown children and grandchildren. We never left the house!!! Kitchen stocked to perfection, pantry size of a bedroom. The view from the outdoors to the green hills was super. We lived in the pool and patio then had grandchild performances in movie room with popcorn in the evening. No negatives for us!!!

This house is like a resort!!

Ann’s home is one of the most beautiful houses I’ve had the pleasure of staying at! The main bathroom was like that at a spa and every bed was extremely comfortable. The pool has this amazing swim up bar and excellent sound system throughout the property. Our group agreed that we got the jackpot booking this property as it really seemed like we had a private resort all to ourselves! I cannot recommend this property enough and several group members have already decided to return with their families. Thank you for sharing your amazing property with us!

Loved it!

The property was beautiful and fantastic - it was perfect for our group. We spent most of our time outside and in the large family room. It was well equipped to cook several meals. We loved the pool and firepit areas! Our only complaint was bedroom 3 was not listed correctly - it stated 2 twin beds, 1 queen, and 1 twin bunk bed (i.e. 4 beds) - in actuality, it had 1 bunk bed that had a queen and a twin, and then a twin trundle, so we were two beds short. Luckily, the couches were comfortable and we used the provided air mattresses. Otherwise, this was absolutely perfect. The host was easy to communicate with and a great place for our group of friends!

Great quiet house for a getaway

The property is wonderful, is well equipped and furnished. A great place for our family getaway. When we arrived, there was a plumbing problem caused by a recent freeze. The owners were there in less than a half hour. We only lost 2 hours of water use and it was as good as new. Todd and Ann were awesome to deal with the entire time. Very responsive and helpful. Definitely would go back again. Only minor comments are: pool is not fenced and would be bad for young kids(I do not recall the listing description mentioning that). Also, the property is huge and looks pretty, but a good chunk of it is not easily accessible. We had thought we could wander around it for fresh air and to stretch our legs. In fairness, the listing never mentioned that it was easy to walk, just what I assumed.

Texas Hill Country Luxury Home for Family Christmas

We loved staying in this spacious, hill country home. From the moment we walked into our “Christmas retreat,” we felt comfortable and cared for by Ann. This care included placing some tasteful holiday décor about the main living area, which was certainly appreciated as it added to the festive mood of our family reunion. Although, our 10 family members filled the bedrooms at night, the generous gathering areas (large dining table, huge sectional sofa in living room, and outdoor areas) were amply utilized by the many local family and friends, who dropped by to join in our festivities. With 2 chefs in the family (and quite a few wannabe chefs), we really appreciated the layout of the large kitchen, which allowed for a number of culinary activities to go on simultaneously. The beds were very comfortable with delightfully soft linens. The backyard provided 3 great areas for visiting, with no neighbors to complain about our laughter and music. All three fire options (indoor and outdoor fireplaces and fire ring) were utilized as well as was their large spa, which was deep, warm, and soothing. We did not use the theater room very often, as there was just too much conversing to be done, but the football fans did enjoy watching a game there on Christmas day. Note: Over the past 10 years, we have rented 4 different houses in the Austin area for family gatherings and this was the best house by far. We hope that it will be available the next time we get together in Austin.

Bachelorette Getaway

We were a multigenerational group of 9 women renting this beautiful home for a Bachelorette Getaway. The home is GORGEOUS, very clean and better than it appears in the photos! The backyard with the pool/hot tub/patio and firepit is an Oasis! We were able to have a private outside yoga class one morning with plenty of room! Beds are super comfy and sheets are clean and soft. The kitchen and dining/living area are spacious and perfect for spending time together. It was warm when we were there so we did not use the fireplaces. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, pot and pans, bowls, whatever you need. The refrigerator is large and can hold a great deal of food. Gaining entry to the home was super easy with the codes which were provided. The property is very private, and no need to worry about being noisy or early quiet hours. Anne was communicative and easy to work with and able to provide many recommendations, including the excellent transportation services for our large group to/from the city of Austin, downtown and the airport are about a 45 min drive. There are grocery stores/liquor stores and restaurants nearby, even though the property is very private and a little off the beaten path. We would definitely return and we HIGHLY recommend a stay at this property, especially if you are a large group looking for private place to be together and enjoy all that the area has to offer. Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful home!

The house was beautiful and clean. Pool was like an oasis. We spent a lot of time there. Down towards the waterfall were rocking chairs. So peaceful. Perfect place to read or just chill and listen to the waterfall. Definitely will book this house again.

Perfect house

This house is amazing!!! The location is great and secluded. The beds and bathrooms are perfect for a large group, the pool, patio, and hot tub are perfect for entertaining everyone during the day and evenings. The best part was how well stocked the house is from the kitchen to the bathrooms! It felt like a home away from home! We had a blast and would highly recommend.
