YOUR HOST I'm your host and I live on-site, so I'm genuinely available if anything comes up — not a property management company routing tickets through a portal. My co-host Sam is equally reachable. Your unit is fully private with its own entrance, and we give guests complete space. New to Austin? Happy to share food and neighborhood recommendations. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. No parties — we enforce this seriously. Exterior Ring security cameras are active on the property for safety. No cameras inside the unit. The neighborhood is very bikeable with dedicated lanes and paths nearby. Walnut Creek Park trailheads are walkable. Kramer MetroRail Station is 2.3 miles away. Three shopping centers within 0.6 miles. Near two churches and multiple fitness options.
