Very comfortable and clean property!

We stayed 3 nights [4 adults and one child], and had plenty of room in this comfortable and clean home. The location in South Austin was good for us, as we were spending time in the southwest part of Travis and Hayes Counties. Great location and comfortable

There were 7 of us in the family and the house accomodated all of our needs. we enjoyed the back yard and the deck. The beds were great and there was plenty fo room for all of us to be comfortable. Great place for my stay

I rented a house to use as a home base for my wedding party, and this was perfect. The bedrooms and bathrooms are updated and spacious, and the living/dining area was perfect.

We had a great time staying at Lydia’s place. It was by far the most stocked rental we have ever been to, with anything you may need but don’t always think to bring! The location was perfect for what we wanted, close to downtown while also being near our family we were visiting. I would highly recommend this home!

The hour was perfect! It was spotless and well stocked with everything we could have needed. Situated close to downtown Austin and Circuit of the Americas, where we went to Formula 1 races. Beautiful home and great hosts.

Great Central Location

The landlord was very responsive and there was only one small glitch with a leaking coffee maker. We were able to buy one at Target and the landlord quickly reimbursed us via Venmo.The house was clean and had all the necessities for an enjoyable stay. The quiet South Austin neighborhood was perfect. We were within 15 minutes of Zilker Park and downtown Austin.We had a great visit.

Amazing Place

We stayed in Austin for my daughter’s wedding for a week here and it was the perfect place for the family. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The lamps in the bedrooms had charging ports on them and that was a nice surprise. We really enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for 7 people.

This house is a 10 to 15 minute drive to anywhere in Austin you’re looking to go. Nice quiet neighborhood and all the beds are super comfortable! Host was super responsive and accommodating. We’re a family of 5, plenty of room for everyone.
