Fully updated home in a quiet neighborhood near Downtown Round Rock! Modern kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and a peaceful backyard. Nearby Cat Hollow Park boasts a community pool with lifeguard, a covered pavilion, updated playground, and courts for tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball.

Central Greater Austin location, just minutes to Downtown Round Rock and within 20 minutes to Austin, Pflugerville, Georgetown, and Cedar Park.

Perfect for families wanting an escape or business travelers.

The primary bedroom is equipped with a king bed and a smart TV as well as an ensuite bathroom complete with shower and large garden tub.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, a closet with hanging space and shelf space, and a bathroom available immediately outside with a tub/shower combo.

Our kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with everything you might need to prepare a meal while on your vacation.

The living room has a large smart TV and oversized sectional for lounging.

Our formal sitting room has a stylish moody feel, perfect for chatting over a drink or reading a book in one of our signature orange barrel chairs.

The spacious backyard is serene and peaceful, with plenty of seating for all to enjoy on the patio.

A laundry room is available for use, complete with a washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board.
