Located 1 block to MANY restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc. The home has 2 free parking passes to park at the front door.

- home is vacant and not occupied by owner, but has all amenities needed for wonderful stay

1) LOCATION - The home is 1 block to Congress to so many restaurants, shopping, and entertainment and less than 2 miles to downtown. You don't necessarily need a car as so much is walkable.

2) FREE PARKING - No need to park a half mile away or pay for parking when you can park at my front door. The home comes with 2 free parking passes. Other homes do not have this amenity.

3) SERVICE - I text you 5-7 days prior to your arrival to give you my contact info and touch base on your upcoming trip. I respond quickly and provide each group their own 4-digit code to get inside the home and I am available any time during your trip in case you need anything. I want you to have a fantastic stay and I have many 5-star reviews combined with all of my listings to prove that.

4) AREA INFO PROVIDED - I provide a map of an aerial view of the home in relation to the many restaurants and things to do within walking distance and provide a written list of those restaurants including phone number and website and what makes them popular so the group can decide which restaurants they want to try.

5) AMENITIES - 55 & 50-inch smart HDTV's in living room and kitchen with streaming, high speed internet, comfortable beds, spacious living room, full kitchen, and ceiling fans in each room. Also, have front porch and covered back deck with seating for 8 for relaxing after a long day of shopping and listening to live music.

6) CLEANLINESS - the home is very clean and has extra towels, sheets, pillows, toiletries, etc. as needed

7) PRIVACY - fenced in front and back yards so you won't be bothered.

The home is in the HEART of the South Congress District, which is known for its' many restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. With so many stores for shopping, restaurants, and music venues within walking distance, there is no shortage of things to do like.........
