Mom and Daughter Get Away

The locations was perfect and walkable to so many areas. The accommodations were so nice and everyone was so nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Short Business Trip

Enjoyed my time at Natiivo. The property was clean and had a lot to offer for the business traveler such as space to work, workout area, and a spacious apartment to rest and relax and feel a little like home. The location was great with great views of sunrise and sunset as well as the bats going off from the Congress Ave Bridge (that was pretty cool).

Great location for any exploration

Stayed here for an extended stay in Texas with my wife and her friend. Lovely building and apartment with views over the river. Location was great as it was only a short cab/uber ride to most bars, shopping malls. Also not too far from the airport . We also used the electric scooters which you will find dotted around the city too which was fun riding down to South Congress and the independent shops.

Perfect weekend away

I booked this place for a weekend away with my husband. It was perfect! Just a few short blocks from the bars and restaurants of Rainey St. We were easily able to walk to where we wanted to be. The apartment was quiet and roomy. The rooftop pool was everything I had hoped it would be. I would absolutely book this place, or one in the same building again!

Excellent Location and Staff

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. It's in a great location right in front of Lady Bird Lake and right next to Rainey street and walkable to other parts of downtown Austin. I would definetly rebook this building. There is construction around the building but it didn't effect us at all. No noise, not traffic or anything.

Nice place for the most part, did not like the time-consuming valet and elevator processes. Freezer didn't work at all but the owner was nice enough to agree to a discount because of the lack of amenity. Overall, we loved Austin and my boys loved the view from the balcony.

Great location and very clean condo apt. Thin windows do not hide freeway traffic noise that continues throughout night. Otherwise really liked unit. Roof top pool nice.

Great location downtown. Nice views from the big windows in the living room. The whole space was very clean. The tv sometimes took awhile to connect to WiFi and come on but it wasn’t really ever an issue because we were out and about most of the time. Use the valet parking , it’s worth it. There’s a lot on the side some people were using that was 30.00 dollars a day but for 40.00 you get valet in a parking garage. Bed was super comfy as well! Would stay here again!

Fun Condo

20th Floor condo with a good layout, awesome views, and nice furniture. It was perfect place for a couple to spend a weekend. It's a short walk to Rainey Street and it's not a bad walk or ride share to downtown. Two baddish things: First, the property advertises parking. There is no free on site parking, so that was somewhat deceptive. There is valet parking on site which the vacation property lists. There is also a slightly cheaper pay parking lot adjacent to the building that the vacation property doesn't mention. Second, most of the outlets and the television didn't work. We didn't spend much time sitting around, but that would have been a problem for a more laid back crowd

Amazing view. Very clean.

A must stay if you are in downtown Austin. The condo was in a great location right by the water. Very very clean and check in was a breeze. The rooftop pool was spectacular and great amenities. Definitely recommend.

Unit was nice and as advertised, but we did not realize we would overlook I-35 and deal with all the noise associated with it. Not a peaceful place to try to get a good night sleep.The furniture is very uncomfortable.
