This little house is the absolute best! Terrific location just off the square, darling front porch to watch the world go by, and incredibly thoughtful and fun touches throughout. Fun and funky decor, snacks to enjoy, every conceivable appliance, eye masks and robes, espresso machine - you name it, Amy thought of it! We can’t wait to return!!

We were only there for a short stay but The Pearl was absolutely the best home we've had the chance to stay at. Very clean, cute, and many thoughtful touches placed throughout. We will definitely stay again if we find ourselves in Georgetown!

We loved our quick stay in Georgetown! The house was beautiful, well equipped and in after location to the main square with tons of food and shopping options. The house is well stocked with quality linens, snacks and water waiting in the kitchen and any extras needed were available like coffee, robes and extra bedding. The decor is well done and the house was extremely clean and organized. Thank you for hosting us!

What a beautifully finished home! Everything was spotless, thoughtfully arranged, and truly felt like a relaxing getaway. The short walk to the downtown square made it incredibly convenient for restaurants, shopping, and exploring the area --park your vehicle and walk around all weekend. I’ll definitely be booking this place again on my next trip!

The house was exactly as promised and even better in person. The pink vintage appliances were amazing and also very practical. Our host was very easy to work with. The location was perfect for us as we could walk to the courthouse square for dining and shopping. We were thrilled to find the Christmas decorations were still up on the square and also, the outdoor lights on our house.
The vintage kitchen.
Really comfortable bedroom including very soft robe for each of us.
Very friendly sitting area with large tv screen.
Christmas light on Courthouse Square-walking distance from house.

From the moment we walked in I was blown away! The pictures on VRBO don’t do this adorable cottage justice. It was so clean and inviting and I can’t say enough about the decor! I had to face time my sister immediately, and show her the cottage, as they go to Georgetown to visit their daughter often. We walked to the town square (about 4 blocks) and felt so safe in the older historical neighborhood. We sat on the front porch at night and it was so peaceful and quiet. Thank you, Amy for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We can’t wait to come back!

Flawless!

Upon arrival, everything was absolutely spotless. The pictures do not do it justice by any means. The host was very approachable and helpful. Had absolutely zero issues with thia rental...and the kitchen is amazing. And as a coffee afficionado, the coffee maker is legit...100% recommend

We have stayed in many properties, and this was one of the best! The property was very well-appointed. Anything we could need was there. Everything in the house was luxurious, from the linens to the appliances in the kitchen. The location was convenient to everything. We were in Georgetown for Small Business Saturday (which was very busy!), but it wasn't a problem as we could walk everywhere from the property. The weather was not great on our second day, but we didn't mind not being able to hike as planned because the house was so comfortable and cozy. The host had yummy snacks for us and some cute Christmas decorations for the season. This short getaway for our anniversary weekend was a 10/10. I highly recommend The Pearl. Amy is a very gracious and thoughtful host.

Amazing gem of a house!

This house FAR exceeded our expectations! There was no detail left unnoticed! From the design of the home, to the level of comfort, this and was one of our favorite VRBO’s to rent( and we are complete and total snobs when it comes to where we stay. They had gifts for us to take home, and offered to get us whatever we needed. Hands down, we will always try and book The Pearl first whenever we come into town! Not only would I highly recommend this amazing home… I wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Thank you for making our stay one we will never forget!❤️❤️

Absolutely Exceptional – A Dream Stay! This is, without question, the best VRBO I’ve ever experienced. Every detail of this charming tiny house is sheer perfection—from the high-end coffee maker to the luxurious bathroom products, and the bed? Truly the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The home is impeccably maintained, thoughtfully appointed, and radiates warmth and comfort. What made the stay even more magical were the neighbors—some of the kindest, most welcoming people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. The house is nestled in a neighborhood so idyllic, it feels like it was lifted straight out of The Andy Griffith Show’s Mayberry.Honestly, I would move into this home in a heartbeat. It’s that perfect. If you're lucky enough to find it available, book it—you won’t regret it.
