"Well for one the system was done— I was on the cell phone, on speaker with the person helping me. Then was told it was only VALET PARKING $45 a night. I stayed one night but got charged for 2 nights, it was just a mess. The RR too it smelled like pee. "
"The parking is a rip off-paid for 2 hours and then we left to go to a wedding. Then we paid more than twice that for the overnight fee when we returned. They wanted to charge a ridiculous amount to check in one hour early. It was advertised as having a kitchen which consisted of a mini fridge and hot water kettle-not even a microwave. The front desk person was rude/indifferent. And there was thumping music from the restaurant across the street until midnight. I will NEVER stay in a Kasa property again!!"
