"Everything was great for what we needed it for."

"Check in process was terribly. Very unhelpful staff. Parking was confusing and very beyond expensive. Workout room was smothering hot and not all of the machines worked and the floor was dirty. Very disappointing stay."

"The hand towels were stained with another guest's make up. Totally gross. no blanket in the room. Was told by front desk person that had i reserved a suite, it would have come with a blanket. Train your people Hilton...really?? It's the customer's fault?? The noise level at this hotel is completely unacceptable. Lastly, the beds and pillows are terrible. Had staff been trained properly, he would have simply apologized and offered us breakfast, which I would have declined. "

"Hotel was fine, area less so. The immediate area has very little. It’s walkable to Sixth St entertainment but you have to walk past a lot of homeless acting psychotically because there’s a homeless resource center 2 blocks down. We end up taking our car to most places. Austin surprisingly is car-dependent. "

"It’s not the Taj Mahal but it’s a nice basic place to stay overnight awaiting your flight and good price. "

"This is a Best Western property that is clean and does a great job of covering the basics. The rooms were clean, comfortable and aptly stocked. The breakfast buffet was good and included drinks, coffee, breakfast tacos, sandwiches, eggs, bacon, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal. Location was great with easy access to Austin tourist favorites. The pool and hot tub were a hit with my kids but the pool is not heated. We booked same day for less than $200/night for one night and would stay again if we needed a solid budget friendly place. "
