About this property

Paradise Island - 2BR/2BA Condo with Epic Views of Lake and Pool

  • Our condo home has views to die for as well as heavenly amenities! This gated community is affectionately known as The Island, as when the lake is full...only a land-bridge from the mainland keeps the island from being completely surrounded by water. There is a private marina with boat slips available for our guests, lake access, 3 swimming pools, a fitness center, day spa, saunas, tennis courts, restaurant/bar, and picnic/grilling area, and private shuttle service.

    Even if the lake is low, this second floor unit has gorgeous views of the north pool and the lake. The oversized balcony faces northwest so the sunsets are magical to view. Our unit is right around the corner from the Island Restaurant which shares a similar, breathtaking view of the sunsets over the lake. There are local marinas that will allow you to rent lake toys and boats and our concierge services can schedule wine or hiking tours, grocery delivery and other excursions and services.

The property was excellent getting in and out of the property was awesome. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool. We didn’t have enough time and the weather went from 97 on Sunday to 50 on Monday so we didn’t get to but we do plan on coming back thank you so much.

Property was ok. Beautiful view and minimum amenities regarding the condo. Several things were damaged, furniture was stained and cupboards were in disarray. Everything needed to be washed before use. The deck was nice but could use cleaning and some patio furniture. The pool area was in need of updating and we skimmed the pool ourselves as it didn’t appear that they had anyone working on weekends. The communication with the property management was poor at best. Definitely one way. They would send information but wouldn’t respond to questions in a timely manner.

What a wonderful piece of paradise. Beautiful lake views perfect for morning coffee, comfortable living and sleeping spaces, plenty of amenities. A couple things broke down during my stay and the Casago team (Mike and Carolina) were totally on top of it. Mike even helped me after I checked out! These people are stellar-highly recommend!
