Lakeway deep water lakefront on 2+ acres and 432 feet of frontage. Gorgeous tree-filled property with a sports court and private party dock with 2 slips. The home consists of the 2BD/2.5BA main house and a separate 1BD/1BA guest house. Seperated by a breezeway both houses have full kitchens, laundry and family rooms . Main prime has 1 king bed and queen sleeper in attached office. Another queen sleeper in the family room. Quest prime has a queen bed and queen sleeper in the family room. Lower bunk has 4 tween-xl bunk beds and 2 tween convertible couches. Total of 5 folding rolling cots ,like the hotels use, scattered throughout the property. Sheets and pillows for all beds and cots. Perfect for multi-generational and multi-family living. Tons of parking. Koi ponds, large yard and tranquil waterfall complete this peaceful retreat.

Engagement Party

We had our son and future daughter in laws engagement party at the home. 18 adults were present and 6 spent the night. The owner was gracious enough to let us check in early to set up. He is very responsive to any questions and a pleasure to deal with. The home is huge, unique and very open with a very large living/kitchen area, vaulted ceilings and well appointed. There is a large circular drive with ample parking. The back yard is very large with extensive rock work and steps, multiple decking, running water and koi ponds, large trees and backs up to the lake. It was absolutely perfect for our use. If in the Austin area again we will definitely come back.

The entire place was very open and accommodating. There are really only two bedrooms and the downstairs area which is kind of a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 2 twin beds. I was expecting 4 or more bedrooms but it didn't. It was super nice and was a great place for what we wanted for a get together.

Perfect stay for our family luau! We hosted my mother’s luau-themed 70th birthday at this Lake Travis home, and let me tell you… it was everything. The property was gorgeous, the scenery was peaceful, and there was plenty of space and beds for our big family to spread out comfortably.The house was spotless, beautifully kept, and had that “wow” factor the moment we walked in. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. My mom was completely surprised and so, so happy — which was the whole goal.If you’re looking for a spacious, beautiful lake house for a family gathering or celebration, this spot is it. Highly recommend.
