Would not stay again. Entry is confusing and they never bothered to give me the pool access code. One elevator wasn’t working which I’m sure is temporary but it was a pain. Had to call the help line twice to sort it all out. Too much hassle overall.

The room was very nice and spacious, which was great for relaxing in our room. Check-in and finding the entrance was a little confusing and while parking was readily available, it was very expensive. Not having a front desk takes some getting used to, and I could see it being a hassle if there was a major problem.

The Sonder pre registration process is invasive. They want you to submit lots of personal information, but it's not really anything that you don't give to Motel 6 in person. They just need to communicate better as the Internet is a scary place. Maybe some statements as to the security compliances they hold!?!?

Top 5 hotel I ever stayed at
One of the best “hotels” I ever stayed at. Can’t say enough good things. It does have only a chrome cast tv so was worthless and little hard to find but roomy, comfy, and has all the extras you don’t expect in a hotel. And location is perfect.

Loved our apartment at Sonder! The bed was very comfortable. The access was easy. Location was great. I just wished the apartment had a few more kitchen items like a filtered water pitcher or spices or a few things to make staying there for more days a little easier! Also the water pressure was a little light in the shower. But I loved the space itself and the location!

The unit itself was excellent, but there was a homeless person inside the gym. They seemed a bit unstable, and this made it very uncomfortable to use the gym to work out.

Our bottom bed fitted sheet would not stay on so sleeping was a struggle. Carpet starting to feel old and dirty, Needs to be replaced with a carpet with a shorter nap. No free parking so you have to park quite a distance away. Other than these small things the place is WONDERFUL and I’m so grateful y’all exist. Rated it lower than perfect so you guys could ask about my gripes and opinions.

Great location, very walkable to a variety of food and drinks. Quick communication via the app when I had a question. There was a mix up and someone put something in our room unexpectedly but it was quickly worked out. There was a weird box with screws not fully in place above the shower which felt uncomfortable.

Love Sonder! Use them whenever they are in a city I travel to! Sonder Austin no complaints at all EXCEPT the folks in the room above me (permanent residents) 1516, are wicked loud walking around … like elephants! But otherwise, no complaints at all!

homeless are everywhere. it’s pretty cheap though. the place would just get really cold or really hot randomly. no one cleaned our place and it wasn’t available to do so.

The property and room were great, including a robust gym and pool. It was close to number of restaurants and bars-walking distance or by car. However, the last night I was there, a neighbor played "thumping-vibrating" loud music to well-passed 4 am and I was unable to get any sleep. Called Sonder, but no resolution. I understand that Sonder caters to longer-term tenants as well, but even then, those tenants should adhere to house rules.

The apartment was nice, kitchen had everything you need, there was a washer dryer. Walk in closet was a little dirty and some drawers didn’t seem clean. Very noisy- you hear the train and traffic plus anyone walking upstairs. A lot of codes to get in to building, which can be annoying. No human to talk to, no place to store bags and fee to check in early. Also no pool towels
