Stylish Ranch House | Renovated Interior + Backyard Pool Oasis

Dripping Spring Shadywood Shangri La is a wonderful property situated close to Hwy 290 giving you easy access to plenty of restaurants, breweries, wineries and many other area attractions. It is also perfect during the warmer months as it has a private pool and great outdoor space.

This recently remodeled single level home offers 2,567 square feet of living space, four bedrooms (one is a secondary suite), three bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests.

You'll enter the home through the front door stepping directly into the main great room holding the living room, kitchen and dining area.

Living Room: The spacious room boasts a comfy sectional, a 72โ€ Smart TV and a dining/game table.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances including a gas range with a convection oven, spacious stone counters, and kitchen bar with seating for three.

Dining area: Features table and seating for 10.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms: (all new mattresses)
Master bedroom โ€” King size bed, 60โ€ Smart TV, the ensuite bathroom offers a Walk-in Therapeutic jetted tub and separate shower.

Secondary suite/bedroom 2 โ€” Queen size bed and a private bath with a tile/glass shower. The living area features a 60โ€ Smart TV and the kitchenette has a microwave, drip coffee maker, mini fridge, ice maker and bar seating. There is also access to a covered patio with outdoor seating.

Bedroom 3 โ€” Full size bed and access to a full shared bath.

Bedroom 4/bunk room โ€” Full-over-full bunk beds and twin trundle and access to a full shared bath.

Full shared bathroom delivers a tub/shower combo.

Outdoor Areas:
The private yard is great for everyone in the group. There is a 3 to 5 ft pool (heated for a fee), plenty of lounge and Adirondack chairs, while the covered patio offers a bar with seating, patio sofa and a gas BBQ.

Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival up to a temperature of 82 degrees for a fee of $150 per day. Pool heating is available year round.

The perfect place for a family weekend!

This place was stocked with everything we needed from toiletries to kitchen necessities, was spacious enough for our group and spotless when we arrived! The pool/outdoor area was also clean and had plenty of seating. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home!

This home was perfect for our needs! It is well appointed with beautiful but comfortable furniture and everything you need for cooking in the kitchen! The bedrooms are cleverly laid out for accommodating families and the beds are very comfortable! The pool is the focal point and I would love to go back when the weather permits taking more advantage of the beautiful pool and outdoor area. Managers were very helpful and prompt to answer our questions. This home exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home away from home!

We enjoyed our short stay! Very nice and spacious home. Spent most of our time in the backyard and enjoying the pool. The pool water stayed very cloudy during our stay but it was still nice. We loved seeing all the deer in the neighborhood as well! There were a couple of minor things that were more of personal preferences than issues-mattresses were too firm for us, no washcloths in any of the bathrooms, the one sectional wasnโ€™t big enough for 7 of us to comfortably sit, could use a good deep cleaning (but Iโ€™m OCD about cleanliness and germs). Again nothing that would keep me from recommending this home.

This house was even better than pictured. Very well stalked kitchen with so many pots and pans and extras, comfortable beds, beautiful pool. The house had lots of extras like a steamer and high chair that made the stay extra comfortable and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay

Our experience was amazing. This house had it all especially if itโ€™s for 2 families or if it is for parents and older kids. It has a mother in law suite where the kids can escape and play the amazing games they have in the back. The pool was spectacular! The beds plus all the amenities were great as well. It really was so pleasant!!! Thank you for such an amazing time!!!

Family Getaway

My family had an amazing experience at this beautiful property! Very relaxing, spacious and the pool was a HUGE hit!! The kids room mother in law suite was AWESOME. Only issue we had was their was a vacuum in the pool when we arrived and my young kids initially thought it was a toy. We called the property management company and they sent someone over immediately to remove it. We really loved this home and will definitely be back!

Perfect Stay

My family and I were looking for a place to stay where we could just relax and enjoy our time together. This property was perfect for that. It was me and my husband and our four kids. Their ages are 9 to 13. The house is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The backyard is very private and inviting. Our kids spent most of the time in the pool. When they werenโ€™t in the pool, they were playing with the numerous board games available. For the pool, there is tons of toys and floats available. There is also towels provided for drying off. When we arrived the pool vacuum was doing itโ€™s job in the pool so I called because I was concerned that my kids would break it. They quickly sent a nice gentleman to turn it off and take it out. The kitchen is probably one of the best stocked ones weโ€™ve ever had. Everything was easily accessible and in proper working order. There is nice dishes, cups and silverware. On our way in, we ordered groceries from Hโ€‘Eโ€‘B for pickup. There was oil, spices, foil, sweet n low, some coffee and creamer. A highlight of the kitchen in the evening was watching the deer eating from the feeder from the window over the sink! We enjoyed sitting at the very large dining table. Thereโ€™s six of us and there was plenty of room for more. Everyone was happy with their beds and rooms. In the bathrooms there was enough towels provided for all of us. There was also shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We enjoyed our stay greatly and would definitely return!

NIGHTMARE!!

I am in complete shock and dismay at my entire experience with this home and its management company. First, upon walking into the home our family noticed a distinct musty and offensive odor. Upon further inspection, we noticed a thick layer of dust on the surfaces, cobwebs on the lamps and dead bugs on the windowsills. It wasnโ€™t an hour later that everyone in the house was sneezing (fast forward - left with sinus infections that we are still dealing with). We actually left the night before check out because it was so bad. I now know that if this is how a management company inspects the cleanliness of the home, there are bound to be more underlying and more serious issues with the home. My first mistake was not reporting any of this. I did not want to have to deal with complaining to a management company and instead used Clorox wipes to clean all of the surfaces and bought candles to mask the smell. After leaving the property, even for an hour, we immediately felt that we could breath better. After returning home,almost two weeks later, I am being accused of water damage to the master bathroom. I am beside myself with confusion and disbelief. When we left, we left the place smelling better and cleaner than it had probably ever been with absolutely, 100 percent certainty there was no water damage in the bathroom or closet. In short (only 1500 characters) I love Vacations charged me $1100 for damage I did not cause and used me to fix their problem. Disgusting!
