The Stevie Ray Vaughan Flat ATX

This beautifully designed 1 bedroom 1 bathroom 21st story highrise flat in the heart of downtown Austin pays homage to Austin's very own Stevie Ray Vaughan, one of the greatest guitarists to ever live. Drawing inspiration from his life and the Austin blues scene, his journey is embedded in all the details of the flat, from the art & photography, to the vinyl record collection and literature. Come and stay and learn a little bit about the legend.

The flat is also situated right next to famous 6th street, where you will find University of Texas Longhorns cheering on their world class sports teams at all the bars. We are walkable to much of downtown and the riverfront. We are a quick 3 block walk to Whole Foods and just a 20 minute drive/Uber to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Our luxury building features a gym, social lounge with outdoor bbq and an outdoor pool and suntanning area with a gorgeous view of the downtown skyline. You will not be disappointed.

Great convenient spot

Everything was clean and beautiful. The view was amazing. Instructions were clear. My adult child stayed here while training for a new job downtown and was able to walk to their job. Would love to stay again.

Great Views, Great Location, Great Host

If you're looking for a convenient location downtown with great views, this place totally delivers. No problems and super fast responses to my arrival questions (we were coming in close to 10 pm). All the kitchen items and other amenities we needed during our stay were thoughtfully provided. A solid recommendation.

Great Apartment with a View Downtown

Gorgeous city view from this 21st floor apartment. Check-in was seamless, and apartment was as described. Loved the record player and design of the unit. One note, parking is not provided with rental, and the public option in the building is pricey even for downtown Austin.

Great location

This condo is exactly like advertised with a great location. It was fully stocked and a guitar and turned table which by husband teen used often. The one annoying thing worth mentioning is there was loud music playing every night down below on 6th street. If you are planning to sleep in the living room you should be aware of this. My teen didn't seem to mind.
