The Sweet: King bed, Patio; .33 mi to Zilker Park/Barton Springs, @2 mi to DT!

You know it’s a good omen for a vacation rental when our first renter was only supposed to stay in the Sweet for two nights...and ended up staying a month!

The Sweet is a one-bedroom condo in the same building as the Treehouse, The Retro, ATX House, Heart House and Studio, however it is the most private unit in the building. The front patio sits opposite and down a flight of stairs below Trailside Drive. It's very quiet!

The bedroom features a Tempurpedic king bed, a large closet and a large full length standing mirror. There is a second large closet in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to cook a meal or just have a fresh cup of coffee with our drip pot, coffee beans and grinder. And we have an instant Pot, popcorn popper, waffle iron, and hand mixer upon request.

All of our units have irons and ironing boards, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, face wipes, bar soap as well as sheets and towels, including beach towels to take to Barton Springs Pool!

You just won’t find a better value for this location and size of the unit. The Sweet most certainly is sweet.

Great place for a visit

The Sweet was the perfect place to stay for a visit to Austin. It was in a great location so close to Barton Springs. The hosts were very nice and offered a lot of advice for things to do and places to eat.

Great weekend!

I stayed at The Heart House for a weekend celebrating Mother's Day with my mom and daughter. We had a wonderful time. The Heart House is well appointed, clean and in a fantastic location. I will definitely stay here for future visits with my daughter!

Short Turn in Lubbock

Excellent place to stay! This staff less hotel checks all the right boxes as far as communication, instructions, accommodation and cleanliness that make this place a little hidden gem. Will definitely be looking to stay here anytime I am in Lubbock.

Great Location near Zilker Park

Very cute and comfortable 1 bedroom unit in the heart of the Zilker neighborhood of Austin. Pictures were very accurate, unit was very clean, and in good working order. Nice little kitchen was perfect for our morning coffee, and reheating our left-over BBQ. On-site laundry room came in handy. Great neighborhood to walk around and get your steps in too. We would definitely consider this location again for our next Austin stay.

Great place, great location

This property is everything listed with all the amenities. We loved that we were so close to Zilker park that we could see the Christmas tree lit up at night. Definitely a great place and great price.

The Sweet is a great place to stay if you are planning a trip to Austin. It is located right by Barton Springs within easy striking distance of South Congress and downtown. The condo is very cute and is well and thoughtfully equipped for your visit. I will definitely be staying here again.

I very much enjoyed my stay at The Sweet. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and well-stocked with amenities. Convenient, Clean and Comfortable Austin Hideaway

The Sweet is a great place for a couple to experience Austin. Comfortable and clean, this apartment is perfect for exploring Zilker Park and is a short hop to downtown. The amenities are first class and the owners are extremely accommodating and a joy to work with.

The Sweet was "sweet"

Lovely and clean property. Thank you for the filtered water and amazing selection of spices! Next time I stay, I will be prepared to cook. Highly recommend and I would stay here again.
