This quiet, centrally located and beautifully furnished home is truly a destination that will provide relaxation, enjoyment and lasting memories with family and friends. The home has an open and spacious feeling and boasts a beautiful backyard including a covered seated patio area with heated pool and spa for enjoyment year round. The home is outfitted with a large living room, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one half bath, full kitchen/dining area, dining room and media equipped loft. The vast amenities include wifi internet access, ultra HD SMART Roku LED TVs including Netflix and Sling TV access, sound bar, LG washer/dryer and outdoor gas grill.

The property is conveniently located in the heart of some the best dining, entertainment, music festivals and lakes in central Texas. The Domain, Downtown Round Rock, Dell Diamond, Round Rock Outlet Mall, Park and Pizza and Rocking R Water Park are all just minutes away from the home. Downtown Austin, University of Texas, Congress bridge and the Circuit of Americas are all within 30 minutes away since the home is located close to both I-35, 45, MOPAC and 130. Guys Trip

Planned a trip with friends to the Austin area. This was the perfect setting for a guys trip with a grill for burgers, corn hole boards, and the pool and hot tub. Large room to watch a game, and tables outside and inside to play cards or sit around and talk. Walking trails are close by for runners/walkers in the group.

Great family get away

Well appointed cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect location for day trips to Austin, Kalahari resort and Magnolia Market. Kitchen was well stocked, pool and hot tub were great and the beds were hands down the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in while traveling. Scarlett is a friendly and responsive host. Friend getaway weekend

We were 7 middle aged moms and greatly enjoyed the house, kitchen, pool and hot tub for our getaway weekend. Funny to mention, but very important for menopausal women, is that all the temperature controls were highly responsive and effective - house cooling, pool & hot tub warming - for our needs. Beds and couches were all comfortable and 3 bathrooms were essential; the house was very clean and up to date. Location, communication, and access were all great.

Perfect tranquil getaway home

Scarlett was very communicative before and after my check in. The house was perfect for our small family and friend gathering to celebrate our high school graduate. I didn't realize that all the bedrooms were upstairs and I had two grandmothers staying there with bad knees and hips so that was a surprise. Luckily no one fell but I'd probably mention that in the add going forward. The house was clean, conveniently located to HEB and the graduation venue and it was also quiet with friendly neighbors. We loved seeing all the baby deer hanging out and my mother in law even took some cool pics of a few. Thanks Scarlett for allowing us to use your lovely home. Pool and hot tub were also a big hit!!

Peaceful neighborhood! Nice size home! Everything you need was supplied! However the pool toys/floaties were covered in scum and dirt as was the bar area. The pool cleaner/robot was in the pool the entire week however not cleaning. I felt it deterred my kids from swimming so we did move it to the side.

Texas Vacation

Overall I felt like the property was nice and worked for our families vacation. We were fine with all of the bedrooms being upstairs, but agree with a previous poster that this should be included in the listing. It would not be great for someone traveling with individuals that can’t navigate stairs very well. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice sized. There is a Keurig and a traditional coffee pot and a nice variety of cookware. It would have been nice if there were at least a couple of dishwasher pods to get you started overall the house was well stocked with everything needed. We enjoyed the use of the pool while we were there. It sure felt good after a day of Texas heat.

Great house for family visit

We booked this house for a Thanksgiving visit with our son who attends UTI. It was perfect for our family gathering. Plenty of room, clean, & comfortable. The heated pool and hot tub were such a nice treat. The location worked well for the things we had planned. This home totally met our needs and then some. The hosts were awesome! They were readily available to answer our questions before and during our stay. They even came out to the home on the holiday weekend to replace a part needed for heating the pool. A big plus were our deer sightings. It seems there is a group of deer that wonder the neighborhood, we saw a lady feeding them over her fence and once on our way to the house they were right on the side of the road and did not run off when we stopped for pictures. I would highly recommend this property!

Great house and location. Disappointed that the pool was full of green algae and cloudy, unsafe for swimming . It was reported in a previous review and not taking care during our stay at the end of June. As a pool owner, I treated it with little chemicals they had and brushed daily. Had it sparkling by the end of week. Big disappointment as this is the reason for renting the house. Lots of small issues such as light bulbs not working in kitchen and wasp nest by doorways that we had to go purchase spray to kill. The house was clean and location wonderful. Needs to list all rooms are upstairs.
