It was a very comfortable stay, and we were pleasantly surprised that we could park in the garage area. The apartment was even roomier than we imagined! Two things we would recommend to make it even better:- A small lamp on each nightstand and more than one bath towel per guest.Otherwise an excellent experience and we would stay there again!

AWFUL. Avoid this one

Not a great area. Dirty floors and bathroom/ toilet, no towels, dirty linens on bed, dirty dishes, no manager on site at first or later, unclear check in instructions. So gross didn't stay there.. had to scramble to find hotel. Property owner started unit would be cleaned the next day... which is when we were to depart by 11. Has not responded to request for refund. Avoid. The photos aren't representative of the cleanliness. Very disappointed and out 167 plus hotel cost. Ohasn't reasoned to request for refund

SCAM! Beware - stay away.

The unit was not cleaned. Attempted to contact the owner multiple times but never got a response. Contacted VRBO support, who said they were able to call the owner, but this is the only indication I have that the owner actually exists. Apparently the owner said they never received any messages from me, even though VRBO support confirmed they could see the messages I sent. VRBO chat was the recommended way to contact the owner for issues in the check-in instructions. I Asked for a refund and VRBO support said I would have had to contact them on check-in day, as after that it's up to the owner to issue a refund. I checked-in at 11:30 PM, so I would have needed to wait less than 30 minutes for a chat response to contact VRBO support, which seems unreasonable.Check-in instructions were confusing and contradictory. The parking space is tiny and practically unusable, plus the 1 set of check-in instructions said to use this space, but the other said to absolutely NOT use this space, and park on the street, but all the on street parking was taken.
